Captain America Visits iD!

If you’ve ever attended one of our camps, you know that they are pretty awesome. But what you may not know is that this is also a great place to work. Our company culture embraces – and better yet, encourages – something we call “POS.” It stands for “Positively Outrageous Service” and it’s something we embody on a daily basis not only with our clients and students, but with each other as well. One aspect of POS is going above and beyond to make our colleagues and our clients feel appreciated.

Want a prime example? We celebrate birthdays. And it’s not just a quick “Hey! Happy Birthday!” either. Usually, a special lunch outing is planned by the lucky person’s department and we all head out together to celebrate. But that’s not all! We also have a tradition of decorating their desk or office space the night before the team member’s birthday – so they have something fun to arrive to on their big day.

So this morning, Patrick, our Client Services Manager, got one year older and also had this waiting for him:

As you can see, he was pretty excited and wasted no time suiting up in his own mask and Captain America shield (handmade by a fellow team member)! The bar has been raised. Now that’s POS!
