About Arizona State University
We have chosen ASU to host our academic summer camps because it is recognized nationally as a foremost research institution offering excellent undergraduate and graduate education. It produces more graduates than any other school in the state. Founded in 1885 and located across the Phoenix metropolitan area, ASU's campuses feature state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge architecture, including buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Visiting guests immediately notice the numerous theaters, galleries and various cultural centers that rival any in the nation. ASU has also joined forces with the city of Tempe to offer free wireless internet access for the community. ASU at the Tempe campus is just minutes from downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The campus is adjacent to downtown Tempe's Mill Avenue, home to unique and familiar shops and restaurants.

Dining & Activities
Students participating in the lunch plan will most likely dine in the Memorial Union. We will also use outdoor playing fields to engage in traditional camp activities which may include sports such as ultimate frisbee, beach volleyball, capture the flag, kickball and basketball. If sports aren’t your thing, we have a variety of cool activities which may include video game tournaments, Guitar Hero III™, chess tournaments, and other board games. Students may also be able to use the university's indoor bowling alley and arcade when available. Our kids camps and teen camps at Arizona State University strike the perfect balance between technology learning and summer fun! Find out more
