iD Tech Camps and Stanford University Athletics have teamed up to offer one of the most exciting hybrid computer camps / summer sports camps in the San Francisco Bay Area! Students will be able to exercise their minds as well as their bodies for a week of absolute FUN! This is an exclusive partnership. Sports camp options consist of fencing, golf, tennis or taekwondo. Skill Level, Ages and Tuition
Customized for beginner to advanced learners ages 11-14. Curriculum in this summer computer camp is delivered in small student clusters and individually tailored to each student. All students will go home with a completed project at the end of the week and an improved physical development in a specific sport.$100 Lab Fee for this course.

This hybrid computer camp for kids and teens fosters technical skill development as well as physical development in a specific sport. The technical and sports instruction is geared for beginner through intermediate students. Available Sports Programs
Fencing Camp - Students in this hybrid summer camp will receive an introduction to fencing. Fencing is a game of "physical chess". It is one of the safest sports reflecting the quality of equipment and the rules that control it. The modern sport of fencing has three different events: foil, epee, and saber. We will mostly be using the foil during instructional time. The foil was developed originally for practice and sporting.Tennis Camp - Each day the tennis pro will present a skill (forehand, backhand, lob, volley, and serve). Stanford summer camp students will have the opportunity to practice the skills, incorporate each new skill into a game situation, learn the rules and etiquette of tennis, and enjoy the game of tennis at all levels of play.
Golf Camp - This summer sports camp is perfect for beginner to intermediate golfers. We feature daily instruction in the basic fundamentals (putting, chipping, sand shots, and driving), rules and etiquette. The class will utilize the driving range and the 19th hole. Summer sports camp students will not be able to access the Stanford University Golf Course. PGA professionals will instruct the camp providing an outstanding overall camp experience.
Olympic Taekwondo Camp - Students will enjoy this fast-paced introduction to the world's most popular martial sport! Taekwondo is a modern Olympic sport developed from traditional Asian martial arts and features a class structure that focuses on mutual respect, discipline and self-confidence. Taekwondo also emphasizes fast footwork, cool kicking skills, precise timing and intricate strategy. Students will learn the rules, etiquette, basic techniques and drills in a fun and friendly environment and will have the chance to work with Stanford coaches and athletes. This sports camp is for beginner to intermediate students.

Students in this summer camp for kids and teens receive our gold standard 1-on-1 instruction (average 6 students per staff). Using the latest in hardware and software, our all-adult staff work hands-on with each student from project theory to completion (you won’t find counselors-in-training at iD). Gaming Activities: Gaming Tournaments, Ultimate Gaming Weekends
General gameplay is a fun aspect of our summer camps, but does not infringe on instructional time. This season will feature Gaming Tournaments and Ultimate Gaming Weekends showcasing the industry’s best. We use NVIDIA® GeForce® gaming cards for peak gaming performance. Students will play BIG titles from Epic Games®, Activision®, Blizzard Entertainment®, Microsoft® GameStudios™ and more. In order to offer the most cutting edge experience for our campers, we have adopted the policy of allowing the use of some select games with ESRB ratings of “E” for Everyone, “T” for Teen and “M” for Mature to be used as part of our curriculum in a supervised environment. We take our corporate responsibility and iD family values very seriously, but cannot guarantee that younger students will avoid complete contact with these games. Please know that we make every effort to minimize exposure to any games not appropriate for these age groups.
