Danny: 3

iD: What’s your hometown and state?
D: Menlo Park, CA

iD: Which iD locations have you attended?
D: I attended iD Tech Camps at Stanford University and UC Berkeley to study film with iD.

iD: What course(s) have you enrolled in over the years?
D: Game Creation, Special F/X, Video Game Creation and Film Production.

iD: What do you do for fun when you aren’t at our camp?
D: I play water polo, swim, make short movies, go on the computer and hang out with friends.

iD: Did attending the Academy help you improve outside of camp?
D: Yes, as a matter of fact, I use the tips and tricks from the Academy to help me in making movies in programs like Final Cut Pro.

iD: Is iD a good place to make friends?
D: Definitely! iD is always an energetic and fun place to make friends. – That’s one of the main reasons I love iD!

iD: What are your future goals? Will you be attending college?
D: My goals are to get at least a 3.5 GPA in school and to get better in water polo. I also want to create videos so I can get more experience in that field. I want to get into a film-oriented school like UCLA or the LA Film School.

iD: How has iD impacted these goals?
D: The Academy has taught me things in the film industry that I would have never known otherwise!

iD: What’s your favorite tech gadget?

iD: What’s your #1 way to communicate with your friends?
D: I use texting and instant messaging.

iD: What keeps you coming back to iD?
D: I keep coming back to iD because I love the atmosphere. I also learn useful tips and tricks, make friends and have lots of fun.

iD: Any advice for future Academy students?
D: Don’t ever be afraid to ask a question, even if it sounds stupid. Everyone is really nice and helpful and they’re like the Gods of Tech.

iD: Anything else you’d like to add?
D: I really appreciate that you guys put my video up on your site! I freaked out when I saw it (in a good way) – thanks so much!
