Overview

Facebook and social networking sites have taken the computing world by storm. Students in this Facebook application development course will utilize Microsoft^® Visual Studio^® Express to create quizzes, polls and entertainment applications. Additionally, students will learn the essentials of web application development in PHP and/or ASP.NET along with the popular database MySQL, and then dive into Facebook API to explore the mechanics of other popular Facebook apps.

Featured Software

Students in this course will be introduced to the Facebook API, utilizing technologies such as PHP and MySQL. Students will also learn the easy-to-use Microsoft Visual Studio Express to create additional applications.

Skill Level & Ages

There are no prerequisites for this teen programming camp, except for the desire to learn application development.
This course is for ages 13-18.
The cost for the two-week overnight program is US $3,299. Check our site for special promotions.
Continuing Education Units are available. Age restrictions apply.
Wweekend stays are optional, but recommended, and cost $349 per weekend.
