Elite Summer Camp Staff – No Counselors in Training (CITs)
We strongly believe that a camp is only as good as its personnel. We recruit industry professionals, recent graduates, graduate students, and upper-level college undergraduates from the top universities in the country. Distinguishing ourselves from our competitors, we have a policy of “No CITs” at iD. This ensures our students are being instructed by only the best adult paid staff in the nation. The iD Guarantee
We guarantee ridiculously small class sizes, with a maximum of 8 students per instructor. Why? Because our teaching philosophy is premised on personalization – your path, at your pace. iD’s passionate, adult-only instructors guide students through customized curriculum with 1-on-1 teaching. The unparalleled supervision and hands-on environment (classes typically have 5, 6, 7, or 8 students – but never more than 8 per instructor) are ideal for fostering creativity.
Many camps talk about small class sizes and ratios, but at iD, we practice what we preach. If, during the participant’s course instructional hours, we should go beyond 8 students per instructor (9 or greater) for two or more consecutive days in a given week, the participant gets to return for a free week of camp at equal value. Family Company
We started in a studio above a garage in 1999. By now, you may know we’ve got an amazing following with our summer programs. But did you know we also offer year-round online learning? You can learn before our summer programs start–and after they end–with iD Tech 365? iDTech365.com is a new online learning community for kids and teens that’s designed to keep the iD experience alive year-round. Access exclusive tech tutorials and videos, compete in fun gaming tournaments, play Flash® games with your iD peeps, and participate in moderated forums. This subscription service is the perfect complement to iD summer programs.

Accredited Continuing Education Units
