Tuition Assistance

Thank you for your interest in our Tuition Assistance Program.

iD Tech Camps is dedicated to equal opportunity education. iD Tech Camps awards limited tuition assistance based on financial need. Limited aid is available. An application is not a guarantee of tuition assistance. The Tuition Assistance Program is effective March 1 through April 30, 2010. All applications must be received prior to April 30, 2010. No other correspondences will be sent until after all applications have been reviewed in mid-May 2010. Please do not call our toll-free number regarding this program.

Program Information

• Available only at U.S. camp locations and to U.S. citizens only.
• Not available for our iD Gaming Academy, iD Visual Arts Academy or iD Programming Academy programs.
• Tuition assistance is available for one student, once per household.
• Available for Day Camp tuition only. No upgrades to Extended Day or Overnight stays.
• Accepted applicants must pay a non-refundable deposit of $200 at the time of registration. The remaining balance for Day Camp tuition is paid by iD Tech Camps.
• Lunch and/or lab fees are not included or paid by iD. The applicant must pay for lunch and/or lab fees.
• No checks for the $200 deposit will accepted –money order or credit cards only.

How to Apply

To apply for tuition assistance, please forward the following items:

1. A letter written by the parent(s) or guardian(s) describing why the child be considered for tuition assistance. Please include:
   1. Parent or guardian’s name
   2. Student’s name
   3. Mailing address
   4. Phone number
   5. Email address (optional)
2. 2009 Federal Tax Return to show the financial situation. If a return was not filed, then documentation from a federal, state or local agency must be submitted stating income status and/or financial situation. Financial information is required to be considered. Applications submitted without this information will be void.

No other correspondence will be sent until after all applications have been reviewed in mid-May 2010. The declined applicants will be notified by mail. The selected applicants awarded tuition assistance will be contacted by iD Tech Camps via phone. The awarded applicants will have one (1) week after notification to accept or reject the assistance. The applicant must contact iD Tech Camps in order to keep the offer valid.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not register for camp prior to receiving notification of acceptance in the program in May 2010.
