We are an amazing camp for girls! At iD Tech Camps we are serious about fostering, in girls, a love of science and technology through curriculum designed specifically for them. More girls and boys attend iD Tech Camps than any other technology camp in the country.
While we’re not strictly an all girls camp, girl camp, a summer camp for pre teen girls or a summer camp for teen girls, we DO offer a variety of courses that have curriculum tailored to what girls want to do. There’s nothing holding girls back from attending our summer camps. Whether you want to learn graphic design, filmmaking, 3D modeling, gaming, or even fashion design, iD has a course for you. iD Tech Camps is a great girl summer camps option!
Come pursue these interests at our summer camps to instill and solidify the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in these “male-dominated” fields. Our amazing courses and professional staff will teach girls about the latest, relevant technologies, and how these can tie into future careers. Our girl summer camp options are limitless at iD!

In recent research published in the journal Science, it was revealed that parents and teachers consistently believe boys are better at math and this “keeps girls and women out of a lot of careers, particularly high-prestige, lucrative careers in science and technology,” said Janet Hyde, the University of Wisconsin-Madison researcher who led the study. The study went on to conclude that things are changing, albeit slowly. Forty-eight percent of undergraduate college degrees in math are now earned by women, but “they still lag far behind in physics and engineering.”

Experience College Life
Attention Girls! Here’s your chance to take advantage of our unique summer camp experience that combines our stellar iD courses with real college campus life. Both teen and pre-teen girls have the opportunity to explore university life through our various day and overnight summer camp programs. Our overnight students live in actual student dorms while all campers have the opportunity to eat in the dining halls, take campus tours, and explore the different facets of student life that each of our summer camp locations has to offer. Not only does the experience that girls have at our camps enrich their lives from an educational standpoint, it lets them see FIRST-HAND how fun and exciting attending college will be. This is a summer camp girls will genuinely enjoy!
