internalDrive employs a group of dedicated, year-round corporate employees in addition to our summer camp staff. Our corporate culture is fast-paced, team-oriented, rewarding and FUN. Read on for more information about joining the iD Family!
Why iD?
iD is an established, family-run company with a startup mentality. We invite you to check out our company’s blog to learn more about our company culture. internalDrive, Inc. encompasses youth summer programs and teen summer camps with our flagship iD Tech Camps brand, along with our iD Gaming Academy, iD Visual Arts Academy, iD Programming Academy and iD OnSite summer camp programs. You can also read more about our company and our mission by reading about us.
Our year-round staff enjoy competitive benefits and a whacky corporate culture (FYI: ties are mostly forbidden unless you want to get under our CEO’s skin, which we try to do sometimes). We have Starbucks coffee in the main office, which we forget to make, so you’ll likely see someone going out on a Starbucks run. Of course, there is ping pong, Guitar Hero, PTO, 401K + Matching, Medical, Dental and Vision. Check us out if you are ready to dig deep, do something big and make a difference in thousands of lives each year. You also get paid for it, which is nice.
