iD 365™ – Endless Summer
iD 365 is live! And it’s FREE! Our year-round online workshops are taught by tech-savvy iD faculty, and are complimentary to iD alumni and students enrolled for the current season. Want to learn before summer camp starts, and after summer camp ends? Now you can!
We’ve had hundreds of requests from parents and students asking, “How can I keep learning?” You can now learn cool technologies and get your questions answered even when camp is not in session.

Topic Covered:
Flash Animation (Tweening) Via Programming
In Flash there are always many paths to the same goal and in this workshop we’ll focus on animating without using the timeline. Rather than use traditional animation techniques, we’ll use Flash Actionscript 2/3 in combination with the TweenLite Library from Greensock. This alternative focuses on programmatic rather than traditional animating principles, and is particularly useful for applications like Flash ads, banners, and games.
